Hotel Petrus

Our favourite hotel of the entire trip. What really sets Hotel Petrus apart is the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the team genuinely seemed interested in us and in hearing about our day. It was also the countless small touches that made such a big difference. The service at breakfast was excellent, and every time we returned to our room there seemed to be another thoughtful detail waiting for us. Even when checking out, the little extra touches made us feel genuinely looked after right until the moment we left. This is a hotel that really understands hospitality. The facilities themselves are good, but it is the people, attention to detail and outstanding level of service that make Hotel Petrus exceptional. We left feeling that the staff hadn't simply met our expectations — they had consistently exceeded them.

كل شي رووووعه الاقامه الافطار التعامل الاهتمام صج استرخاء فندق رائع والعاملين كذالك

عند الدفع كان في اضافات في الفاتوره كلمناهم وقالوا خطا منهم بالاضافه بدايه دخولنا ابلغونا ان في وجه خفيفه مشموله لكن للاسف حاسبونا عليها عند الخروج نصيحتي اسالوا عن كل شي اذا مجاني او لا وتاكدوا من الفاتوره قبل الخروج
