Quarto com cheiro de mofo, colchões de mola da cama ruins, com buracos. O quarto era gelado e não ofereceram aquecedor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pousada d'Oleo. It is located outside of the town , so you really need a car. It has a rural house atmosphere with lots of areas to sit and enjoy nature. The staff were so kind to us . The breakfast was definitely the best we have tasted in our travels in Brazil. It was very fresh and homemade. They also serve afternoon tea and delicious homemade cakes.

The breakfast spread was outstanding, and the staff offered to cook eggs or an omelet to our wishes. The surroundings had the ambience of a tropical lodge.

The whole place is extremely quaint and in very good taste, with individual names for each room. A firepit was lit at night, which was a lovely addition before turning in. Room was a little cold, but there were plenty of warm blankets and staff made sure to check that we were comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and staff were very friendly.

Dirt road leading up to hotel, but there were signs to help you out. Not easily walkable to center of town, so a car is necessary.

The place was great overall and we had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious - fresh bread, cakes, etc made by them every morning. The place was beautiful and the room was spacious. Showers had good water pressure and great temperature.

There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. We booked the room that said it included heating and air conditioning. There were neither in the room and when we asked for a heater they said the one they had wasn't working. They supposedly had a sauna, but you had to pay extra to use it. The towels cost R$20 if you wanted to change. I understand fresh towels every day is a waste of water etc, but in a cold place sometimes they simply don't dry. They also didn't clean your room while you were there unless you asked, and only every few days. Plus there was a 6% service fee on top of the whole stay, which seems strange considering you had to pay extra for everything already. Overall the stay was great, but it would have been good to know about these details before we booked.

Everything was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond.
