The bed was so comfortable and location is perfect!

It’s a bit old and towels weren’t the best

Location / great hotel staff / comfy bed / good internet

The light sockets wasn't working properly throughout the room.

Nice area. Plenty of food options nearby.

I had a family emergency so I had to leave 3 days prior to my scheduled check out date. Unfortunately , in the rush to leave for the airport I left a shopping bag with an expensive Ay Guey T-shirt in the room. I called the front desk to report it the next day. Staff said they checked the room but they didn't find my shopping bag. I'm surprised since a $ 2000.00MXN T-shirt is not expensive for a high quality t-shirt but certainly it is way more expensive for the hotel staff to get their hands dirty stealing it from me. I want my T-shirt back, or Hotel Management to make this right with me by paying me for the T-shirt their staff stole from me.
