The service was exceptional. The hotel is located at the center of the city and everything is walking distance. Would highly recommend!

We are experienced travellors. The hotel, room (El Morro) and restaurant area were all aesthetically very attractive, among the nicest we've ever encountered. The room, which was in old spanish style (as was the entire hotel) was fully modernized with all the outlets necessary and the wifi worked perfectly. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Location is walking distance to all the sites in the old city. There was even free covered parking for the car. Highly recommended.

The building was pretty.

Checkin took a long time because they couldn’t find a key. We never got a second key. Our included breakfast took a long time because it seemed. The restaurant employee was 45 minutes late even though we asked the night before if breakfast started at 8 am. The internet speed wasn’t reliable. There were no facecloths. The toilet seat was very uncomfortable.
