break fast was good and it opened early to plan visting temples. As vegetarain- the food for lunch/ dinner is good but we can have more options?
good thing is they showed couple of rooms and advised us to choose. single cot or double dependinh upon your choice.
toliets can be more clean- toilet doors/ room doors can be better maintained:

Location was in the middle of the tirupati. The breakfood was good and staff were friendly . Highly recommended stay if you are in Tirupati
The property is bit old , need to upgrade the facilities and new facelift .

Spacious Room and housekeeping staff /Front office staff behaviour was good.
Breakfast options were very limited and not up to the standard expected from such an overpriced hotel. The staff was quite careless and not attentive or helpful during service. Food was delayed, and overall the breakfast experience was disappointing. Most of the staff were just standing at the desk repeatedly asking for room numbers instead of actually assisting guests. Definitely not worth the price paid.
