I booked the best room available but got one on the ground floor with nearly no view (looking at a wall, not being able to see the sky). The rest was fine.

- Front desks are friendly and professional. - Free self-service drinking water. No need to wait for the staff bringing to you. - Very good location. - I love that they have the Line contact system. No need to call the staff for everything, just line them.

- Low signal of wifi - I don't like raining shower head. (personally) - Very noisy. We heard all surrounding sounds like chitchat sounds from guests next room, from corridor, opening and closing door sounds, cars on the street and the sound of taking off planes. Recommend to use ear plug for sleeping if you are sensitive from the noise. BUT as we stayed many of this level hotels around Nimman, they are all same in this point.

The area is perfect for walking around the city. The building is spectacular which was an old school. The restaurant,The coffee shop very excellent

According to old building, noise from outside could disturb your privacy especially from air condition. We found the problem with flushing system for toilet in Room no.203, always scream out.
