Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely location with great view of Etna. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade choices.
Security lights were reassuring but some curtains / shutters on all windows would have been good. Only a very minor observation.

The property is so well kept , a beautiful set up & blends into the Etna scenery around. Family run , family built with great food & incredible service . Because of Etna’s activity we were 24 hours delayed due to cancelled flights but Sara sorted us & we still had our 2 night stay . Thank you

This family run operation is just magical. Sara was so very accommodating scheduling a fabulous wine dinner/tour as well as hike of Mt.Etna. They have to most wonderful home made breakfast each morning with cakes and pastries made by the Mom. Dinners are a must there as you can taste that the food is made with love. I would go back in a second, heck I would like to live there. This is an A+ property
