Posizione. Struttura. Accoglienza.
Camere non insonorizzate e porte leggere. Di conseguenza si sentivano molto i rumori dalle altre stanze

The views and the grounds are beautiful. The room is large. The owner is extremely helpful and kind.

Its not easy to find (see below) but the area is very scenic with fabulous views of both Arezza and the countryside. There are excellent restaurants within driving distance. The breakfast was excellent.
Gabriella (the landlady) sent us directions which were hard to follow because of her English so we tried the GPS coordinates she sent us, which turned out to be wrong. Fortunately the coordinates on Bookings.com were right so once we tried those we found the location within minutes. There were instructions on Bookings.com to go from Arezza to La Pace then 800 m to a white house then 800 m to this building. Unfortunately we arrived from the opposite direction so we could not see her sign. My advice, should you not have a GPS or know how to enter coordinates, is to go via La Pace and you'd probably find it. Wifi and mobile phones were down when we visited due to technical problems obviously not within Gabriella's control.
