Good value. Perfect location in Boca Chica just off the beach and walking distance from pretty much anywhere in town. Friendly staff.

While the room was great the AC did not seem to work very well, I didn’t feel much air coming through and I tried everything on the controller.

Having stayed here many times over many years I can say everything works in this hotel. There is no "shabbiness" .Adequate air conditioning,very comfortable beds,very strong water pressure . My rooms have always been quiet. The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk down a very slight hill to the main strip at the beach. Staff is pleasant. Hotel is well priced.

My bathroom window closed but did not lock-minor point.

My AC was a little old, not as cold as I would like. (1st time it was great)

Clean and quiet facility. Near to the center.

In my room on the 2nd floor. toilet no water. Lavabo and shower only very hot water. I was lucky that I didn't get burned. Much too high drink prices at the bar.
