Everything was amazing. The staff was friendly, super helpful, lots of communication beforehand to let us know where the accommodation is located. We had to store luggage on checkout day and they made sure we knew how to get back in to retrieve it on our schedule. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. The location was 5 seconds from the East Gate and the Green market and only about 10 minutes walk to the bus station. We very much enjoyed our stay.
I wish I could give it 9.5 as I don’t think it’s worth deducting the full point… the accommodation is on the 4th floor - almost 100 steps of stairs up and no elevator.

Very good location just outside the Silver gate entrance to the palace; Tony was a great host- very helpful and responsive. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Just beware there are 4 or so flights of stairs to climb.
No complaints
