The rooms were clean and big.
The owner was friendly
Not 24/7 reception so when arriving or leaving you have to be synchronized with their schedule

the entire property has incredible views! beds are comfortable and it was clean. there’s a communal kitchen with free coffee.
shower design is horrible, in the middle of the bath facing horizontal so the water pours onto the floor

Amazing views from this spectacular house. I loved the location and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and modern. The balcony was just amazing!! Best spot to sit and watch the sunrise.

the view from my room was wonderful! it was like being on the top of the world. I had a bit of sea and a bit of mountain to look at. during the night there’s as a small storm which was both exciting and alarming!
i really wanted to stay another night and thought that or was going to happen, but there was a scheduling mixup. also getting there is kind of difficult. you can see it from a distance but there want a lot of signage to help.

I got locked out of the pension when I tried to call the numbers that were listed on the door nobody answered. I also emailed three times and still have not heard anything back from them.I ended up spending the second night in my car outside of the pension. In the morning another guest was gracious enough to open the door for me. I waited around as long as I could but did not see anyone to discuss this issue with.

That is was sitting on a hill gave us spectacular views of the town. It was quiet and away from the noisy crowd and centre. The pension was beautiful.
It is a bit of an uphill walk. But if you are on the Camino and on your way to the Faro, this shouldn't be an issue.

View was the best part! Room was basic but comfortable. The hotel employee was absolutely lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here! Worth the hike up to the property!
Towels were thin and bed was a bit small for two
