Great hotel and location! Very nice rooms.
Didn’t like that dogs were allowed. Barking dog after 10pm for almost an hour. Didn’t like the shower faucet too complicated. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is not sufficient enough for that many people. Some of the staff seemed a little put off when you came to the counter. We got there around 2pm.

Wonderful location a 1 minute walk to the cathedral and Gaudi’s Palace. The spa was lovely, enjoyed my 75 minutes on the circuit between the pool jets, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. So needed after a long walking day on the Camino.

We loved the spa. The receptionist made us very welcome and was really helpful about explaining the parking to us. The breakfast was lovely too.

The room and location were very nice.
There was a large party downstairs with kids running in the lobby and playing the piano unchecked all day long. A spa hotel should be restful and I could not rest.
The restaurant was closed from 5-8 PM and while I understand this is the norm in Spain, most hotels of this caliber have some sort of food during these hours for international travelers.
