Great location. Walking distance to all pinxtos spots. 12 check out was a plus so we didnt have to rush.
2 flights of stairs, no lift so may not be suited for lots of luggage , prams or elderly
There are no windows in the bathroom making the ventilation pretty poor resulting in a muggy bathroom. Non the less okay for a short stay.

Loved our stay at the Boulevard Roomss! It was the perfect location and so clean and tidy. Santiago was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating

Nice design, huge bed, friendly staff
There was so much noise from drunk idiots in the street outside. We were woken 5 times a night. The room also lacked a kettle to make hot drinks
UPDATE: Despite what the owners of the property suggest, we did have both sets of windows closed!
