The location was fantastic and quiet - round the corner from Chapel Street and a short walk to Toorak Road and the South Yarra train station. Most of the windows were locked shut, however, when we asked to remedy this, it was done very promptly. Having parking provided was a bonus.
The noise from the bathroom plumbing, when having a shower was something I have never experienced and was a little scary. I would have liked an extra plastic bag for rubbish and some directions on where to put recycles.

The Apartment was very clean and was well set-up. It had everything you would expect and had a decent outdoor area all of your own. It was quiet, could hear the trams and trains but not excessively loud. Easy distance to train station and not too far by car to Woolworths and Big W.
They had a couple of items I didn't like but I have discussed this with the owner and they are looking at ways to improve them. I find that impressive.

Easy to check in. Nice and clean. Great location. On site parking.
Apartment cold on arrival. Shower was cold/lukewarm which was frustrating and impacted stay.
