The room is huge and very comfortable, has a shower room with a tub and Japanese shower. The onsen is nice and big.
Dinner was a buffet and a main course, both good. Breakfast buffet was ok. The library was a nice place to hang out and read.
Smart tv with netflix was nice.
Breakfast is quite early, latest to enter is 8:30.
The curtains didn’t block the morning light so we were up anyway. I also didn’t like that the toilet had an automatic light so you couldn’t control it if you used it in the middle of the night.
The AC wasn’t great but it wasn’t so hot when we stayed so it wasn’t a big deal

The room was spacious and lovely and it was very convenient to be able to walk to the ropeway
The hotel is a little isolated - a long way to go to the nearest 7/11 for example

Diner buffet was amazing. Rooms are spacious.
Staff English was also very good for a Japanese hotel.
Location very easily reachable by bus and good place for hiking and relaxing.
Bathrooms look outdated.
No toilet brush.

Huge comfortable room. Location
Not as clean as other properties. Onsen could have been cleaner. Minimal staff that seemed over worked. Food had some very good items but mostly mediocre.
