Convenient location. Very friendly staff
10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
The hotel is in a great location to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms are big and the mini bar items are very affordable.
Breakfast would suit most tastes.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The check-in girl provided a map and lots of useful information about the area.
I will stay here again.
Room got warm after aircon went off. My fault - I should have asked for a second room key for the cut out switch.

"The location in the Old Quarter is great—close to all the attractions—and Mr. Frodo was incredibly helpful in giving us advice and making us feel at home."
