Okay location. Good street food area nearby.
Rude staff. Did not even open the door when we arrived with luggage. Tried to make us pay 3 times the booking cost to upgrade rooms. Didn’t let us store our luggage while waiting for checkin and didn’t share the wifi password in the lobby. Didn’t greet us when we entered or left the hotel. Was spending all their time slouching on the sofa or on their phone. Rooms are extremely dirty and smell like mold. Do not book here!

Nice and comfortable beds.
Drainage in the shower cubicle was poor and it flooded.

I paid in cash on check in, then received an email the next day saying I was a no show and my card was charged! No appropriate response to my emails questioning this and had to get my money back from my bank!

They let me check-out 9am. Standard check-out time is 12noon.

hotel very old and dirty, bad smell in the room and totally different from pics. It’s not a 3 stars hotel, but 1 star only! bad experience

It was acceptable and the staff were nice. Very good location but I was surprised by the age of the room, dressed up with some branding but an old small and used room. Not bad for the money and good enough for sleep and getting to a meeting in the diamond district etc. But if you want amenities, nice relaxing and attractive space, you will miss the mark.

No room was available for us upon arrival. we were told that there was no room for us. ""You have to go to other hotel"".

The room was very large and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly!
The internet was horrendous! The router on the 4th floor was broken and they asked me to connect to the third floor router! I had an online class and the hotel falsely advertised they had free wifii when it is not operational. Signals were too week!

The location is quite good, it's near bus, BTS, BRT station, near convenient store 7/11.
The facilities are very old and not clean. Staffs are not professional. When we checked in they led us to the wrong room.
