Location and the Parking apart from the Sycamore trees and Birds making a mess of my car

Just the trees outside and the Noisy people outside late at night

It was close to venue The Tunnels for a wedding stay... Breakfast was lovely the place just needs some TLC ...

Dirty windows , very basic however good enough for a shirt stay & good value our bathroom looked like it had just been upgraded 🙌
