The property was so lovely, a nice introduction to Oman. Rasha and staff were so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the nearby beach was so nice. The area also has a lagoon with shopping just outside the hotel. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Salalah.
Everything was good, except it could have been more clear that the shuttle from airport was not included.

The location at hawana is nice specially the marina even far from the city
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we found hair left behind. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests
The price of the room was much higher than what the hotel category justifies

"Ci eravamo già stati otto anni fa, quando intorno non era stato costruito quasi niente. L'hotel è indubbiamente di livello. compresi sala colazione e ristorante, anche con panorama e spazio all'aperto..."
