食事がバイキング形式のホテルが多いなか懐石なのが良かった。
客室に三面鏡が設置されているが近くにコンセントが無いためドライヤーやヘアアイロンを使うのに不便だった。
部屋にWiFiがあるのだがテレビのネット配信視聴機能が使えなかった。

The hotel is old and the hot spring is not clean enough.

nice location. staff was polite and friendly and recommended good tourist spots like fireworks and illuminations.
my room was next to the shared toilet and there was smell coming through. The food could have been better.

it is an old Japanese style hotel besides can see Toya Lake from the room.
There is no restaurant or food provided in this hotel.

Room is of a simple setup of 2 single beds, Sitting area is spacious and view of the room is good even though we are on the low floor. No cable tv channels though. Toilet is simple with toiletries with a very small tub. Overall is ok if its for a short stay.
Sound proofing could have been better, there is a rowdy group of guests in the nearby conference rooms and the partying went on till late of night. Concierge could have intervened and do proper noise control.

Comfortable room, with staff setting out futon while I was out.

Onsen was small, and outdoor had no view. Only encountered one other person during the two times I as there.

Food was bland. Lots of dishes, nothing really fresh except a bit of sashimi..Almost everything else was salty and processed.
