Avocet è uno spazioso appartamento al primo piano nel cuore dell'area protetta di Wells. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato per offrire una sistemazione moderna e confortevole in una posizione favolosa a un minuto a piedi da Quayside e dai servizi locali.
Wells-next-the-sea è un'affascinante cittadina tradizionale balneare con spiagge sabbiose protette da una pineta. Una visita a Wells non sarebbe completa senza tentare la fortuna in un punto di grinta sul molo, o semplicemente rilassarsi e osservare il mondo mentre assaggiamo il meglio della cucina locale a base di pesce e patatine. Noleggio biciclette è disponibile sul molo. Ottimi pub locali includono The Crown Inn, The Globe e The Victoria at Holkham.

Brilliant!!!! Quiet central location, just a few steps from the quay and a few more from the High Street.
Clean, private, bright, cosy, well equipped, apartment with a dedicated parking space.
Wells Next The Sea is ideally situated to explore the coast, villages and inland towns as well as having an interesting bustling local economy which makes it feel ‘real’, as opposed to a tourist destination. You’ll find everything you need in Wells…pubs, restaurants, cafes, bakers, butchers, fishmonger, deli’s and greengrocers as well as a large supermarket.
Loved every minute of our week long break, would thoroughly recommend and already have!!!

Great location, lovely modern property with everything we needed bed a little soft but that is personal choice. Confusing car parking instructions, bay not clearly marked.

The property needs a bit of tidying up. Despite other visitors reporting that a window catch was broken, there were several requiring attention. Cleanliness was O.K. but not great, needing a bit more attention to detail. There was only one tea towel and dishcloth provided for the week and we could not find a hair drier in the property, something we have always found provided in other properties.
The bed was very comfortable but a 13.5 tog duvet meant we were far too warm even in October.
From the outside the property looks a little tired, with the windows needing a lick of paint.
For the price I suppose we shouldn't complain too much but with a little bit of work the property could be really nice.
