"SARNA RESIDENCE” is an antique Tuscan farmhouse in the heart of Val d’Orcia, a dream that comes true for whom are looking for an holiday dedicated to silence and the tranquil passing of time, days spent in the relaxing and regenerating atmosphere of the typical lifestyle in Val d'Orcia.

SARNA is the result of a careful and accurate renovation keeping the historical and original features; its unique peculiarity is the location: just few steps from the historical centre of San Quirico d'Orcia and only 100 meters from the Supermarket, Cafeteria and bus station, is the ideal place for an "old-fashioned" holiday, combined with all modern comforts.

The venue, surrounded by 5000 square meters of gardens, is divided into 8 apartments, 4 one-room apartments (max 3 people) and 4 two-rooms apartments (max 4 people). Each apartment has its own kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, bed linen , bath towels and A/C.
In addiction, our guests can enjoy the use of our swimming pool with a fully equipped solarium, private outdoor parking, the original wood-fired oven, a complimentary Wi-Fi connection, a common laundry room, a Tuscan fireplace, a gazebo with tables and last but not least, a Fitness Area with a Technogym equipped gym with water-massage shower, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi and a large and well-lit reading room.

It is included in price the use of swimming pool and sun beds (seasonal opening, swim cap mandatory/towels not provided), linen (bed, bath and table), only final and weekly cleaning, private outdoor parking (1 spot per apt), high speed Wi-Fi connection and A/C (seasonal).
Complimentary crib with linen for children under 3 years old (only upon early request).
Small-sized dogs permitted free of charge (only upon early request).
Heating cost excluded (seasonal mid oct - apr): lump sum € 8,00 apt/day.
Relax Area excluded (Gym and outdoor seasonal Jacuzzi): price per apartment, € 12,00/day and € 48,00/week.
Self-service laundry excluded: € 5,00 per wash (detergents included) + dryer € 5,00
Tourist tax excluded: € 2,00 per person per day, exempted children under 12 years old, up to 14 days of stay.
