The hotel is a good one. It has well maintained amenities and easily accessible. Room is spacious and the food is also amazing.
Check in experience was a bit challenging as my booking could not be retrieved easily.

The room service menu had someones scribbles on it.
Breakfast quality was bad and service was slow for breakfast.
Staff werent courteous or polite except for a few who I loved talking to.
