Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen

My family and I really loved these aspects in our entire 8-day stay experience at your hotel: 1. Warmth, care, mindfulness, efficiency, and professionalism of ALL your front desk staff - I would like to recognise all these qualities in Mr Nakamura (who served us the most), Ms Mikamoto, Ms Hinata and Ms Okano/Okaro for your high quest service standards! 2. Wonderful room (Deluxe) with such cleanliness, great space and a wonderful view of the Yokohama stadium - Loved it that i could open the windows too! :) 3. Very helpful operations / room update staff 4. Having Lawson downstairs was a super plus feature! 5. Ambience of the entire hotel from the external look, surrounding environment and nearly every aspect once inside! We hope to come back to your hotel when in Yokohama.

Really can't say. Nothing actually. Maybe if the frontdesk staff could speak better English, that would have been even better. But this didn't stop our good communication.

We loved the location in Yokohama. Loved the Lawson downstairs, so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were a bonus.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Clean rooms, nice polite staff. Breakfast could of had more choice.

TV was Limited and no channel worked
