Laundry machine dirty

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have fun front area for families pool table and nice reading area. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. It is in a great location close to shopping and family fun activities.

The breakfast food was disappointing.

I had requested a bathtub but was given a room with a shower.

pretty accessible right off the highway. Very colorful so it made it look lively. The night shift lady and the graveyard lady were very nice and approachable.

Breakfast could have have a little bit more of a variety. The morning shift lady wasn't approachable and felt like we were bothering her when we talked to her about a few things regarding breakfast. Was only nice when the gentleman was there at checkout.

We liked the breakfast and the location was very convenient. The rooms were nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they tried very hard to resolve an issue we had with the room.

Had a problem with the first room they put us in. It did not have a privacy/blackout curtain, so they put us into another room and the privacy/blackout curtain was broken and could not be raised, so we could not look out the window.

They charged my card multiple times and just kept apologizing then the next day would charge it again and after we had multiple three way calls with my bank the returned it all and but once offered anything to make it right and put my bank account in the negative it was a joke

The breakfast was great every morning. Very friendly staff! The room was clean and quiet. Loved the curtains, they closed out all the light. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Enjoyed the lobby with games and tables to play them at. And a nice pool table too. The whole experience was just wonderful! Will definitely be our go to place in this area!

Close to many activities and stores. The guy that helped us check in after an hour + waiting is really nice and welcoming.

I understand they have short staff but at least let us know if we will have to wait 1hr + for our room to be ready. We got there at 3 which is the check in time and the girl said on a few min it will be ready which turned into an hour and we had to meet family at 4. Which we ended up being late to. Our room was next to the laundry room & we Couldn’t sleep all night because they had that door open and three fans on that were loud. We were able to hear it even with our ac going in the room. I asked front desk if they could turn them off or close the door to it and she said “ it gets really hot in there” mind you they didn’t have any laundry going. Finally to top it off we got ready to get breakfast at 7:40 am only to find there was hardly anything there & the pancake machine kept acting up. Ice machine on first floor was broken, our sink was clogged, beds were dirty. We have been to this hotel many times before and never had these issues until now. We will be trying to different hotel on our next visit.

It was pet friendly and unfortunately pets were urinating in the floor in lobby and elevator. Dog owners were not cleaning up after dog.

We only stayed one night and didn’t get there until 8pm so we didn’t really have time to find something we didn’t like.

no shampoo, no cleaning, the bed dressing were smelly. after telling the lady that the pillows and bed dressing s smelled nothing was done.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The room was very small, and I could hear people in the next room talking in normal voices as soon as I walked in. I was not a fan of all the bright colored signs, a lot of which seemed totally unnecessary and didn’t make for a relaxing atmosphere. The soap dispensers were far too hard to use because they were quite difficult to squeeze. The pool was also not open until 8am which for someone who is a morning person sucks. I really wanted to squeeze in a swim and soak before grabbing breakfast.

The breakfast options were good, the staff was responsive, the amenities were nice, and it was comfortable. The hotel has a fun, family friendly vibe.

I called on our way to let them know what time we were arriving and I was assured that everything was fine. When we arrived, exhausted from our travels, we found out that they had given away our room. They put us up in another hotel for the night but it was a hassle moving hotels again the next day. It took them until 4pm the next day to have something available for us. Also the floors were dirty. When my child spilled and I went to wipe it up, the wipe came up black with dirt and grime.

The view was nice. The shower and the soaps were also great. The hot breakfast was well rounded with a good variety.

The cleanliness of the room was really questionable. We found candy wrappers on the ground, hair on the sheets, and a pair of random crocs that someone left behind. We also went swimming and I saw boogers floating around.

I did not use any ammenities. I just stayed here for one night while passing through, but I would stay again! People were friendly, rooms were clean, everything met our expectations.
