Exellent place staff very kind. Central location

It is very central. Basicaly you have only 2 minutes until the center street. You can find a huge pay parking at 1 minute from the location. The guest was very kind and easy to find it and answer immediately on whatsapp or on the phone. I think for 1-2 nights is the greater choice you can have. The price is also very accessible. The bathroom was very clean and new

In the morning you can hear the other that walking on the reception. A minus can be that has no way to open the window and is hard to have fresh air.

The location was nice for city walk, the cafe opposity - nice breakfast from the very early morning. The appartment was nicely furnished at first sight, bathroom was clean.

The ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud, toilet in the small bathroom. Extra beds (sofas) for children, we were about to make the beds and prepare the beddings on our own, not very comfortable. Bed was creaky with any simple movement. The smell in cupboards and in the fridge. The parking was not involved, we had to find it in the street, the nearby public parking was totally full for hours.

Not much to say about the place because the host duped us and placed us at some appartmant hostel with way lower standards and half the size of the room that we booked, still charged us full price. Do not book this.

Didn't like anything. The host duped us, they knew our time of arrival and waited until we have landed to message us that there's something wrong with our room (when asked in chat they claimed something wrong with the water, but their driver told us some company arriving earlier were more people than booked - so the rooms were full) ie they likely gave our room to another company. They "solved it" by booking us into some appartmenthostel in some shady entrance that were under renovation smelling like mold and even blood on the walls (not in the room, but in the building). The room seemed like it was also partly under renovation with tape on the windows and basically no amenities except a wardrobe that they hadnt even got handles on it yet. The room was also less than HALF the size than the one we ordered with only 1 bed (and 1 sofa) and again, with NO amenities, when we had booked a LUXURY suite with kitchen corner and full amenities. We pointed out that we were displeased but didnt get any sympathy with our issue and were charged FULL PRICE for something about 10% of the standard that we booked. When pointed out the absurdity about charging us full price we got the response that the "free ride" to this new hotel should be enough compensation which is a complete joke. We had also declined the ride they offered several times because they tried to sell it to us for an higher price than normal taxi, but when offered it because the location was completely changed and we had no idea where to go without it we kind of had to accept it. Could write an essay about it really but by far the worst experience we've had with an accommodation in our life and would not recommend anyone to book this. I have also recommended booking.com to cease their collaboration with this accommodation and is hesitant using their site again at the moment.

Very good location, there is also public parking near the apartment (100 meters). Good in terms of price/performance.
