Ótimo custo benefício

Trata-se de uma ótima opção para quem quer se hospedar com segurança e ainda economizar um pouco. Sugiro a opção com café da manhã incluída, que é servido no Hotel The Boma do mesmo grupo. É bem completo.

Ar condicionado quebrado e com problema de difícil solução. Mas acabou dando certo quando me trocaram de quarto.

Very bad. I won't be back

Very noisy room. I had to be changed the first night. Even so, he can't sleep well. The hotel does not have a restaurant and does not serve meals. You have to go to another hotel nearby.

Exceptional services I would love another visit.

Services from Md. Goretti were exceptional, I would recommend her again and again. Breakfast was to standard.

Conferencing facilities are plentiful and the place is booming busy

My Stay at this hotel was very comfortable and I recommend this hotel to any traveler to Nairobi .

The Hotel facilities were wonderful, clean and with exceptionally helpful staff. The Gentleman who drove me to the airport was on time ( 5am) , very helpful and friendly ( Mr Kemboi ) I will definitely recommend this hotel . The proximity to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is also a great thing because you do not have to experience the Nairobi traffic Jam when you are heading to the airport.

They have a charge for early check in so for me who arrived at 8am , I had to wait outside until 2 pm with all my sleep in the compound. Other than that, the rest of my experience was great especially due to the high level of cooperation of the staff.

Superb

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Boma Inn. The personal was extremely kind, especialy Caroline from reception. Spa workers were also very kind. We will come back!

The Breakfast was excellent

The Hotel checked me into a room that I didn't order. I had to threaten to leave and they give me the proper room.

Very nice if you do not need air conditioning.

Friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning did not work and even though it was cold outside (which would have made our room very comfortable), there were no window screens so we could not have the window open. We were very hit and it seriously affected out sleep.

Exceptional

Great hotel to be. The location is perfect for easy commute all over Nairobi coz it's near the express highway so coming and going to the airport is easy and faster. Staff are very friendly and helpfull

Fabulous

The rooms were clean, the staff was great, and the check-in was swift. The breakfast was fantastic. Simply the best. Keep it up Boma.

Very good

Everything was perfect except the MOSQUITOES! Hundreds of thousands was doing “zzzzzz” all night and bites. So if you want to sleep well, don’t forget to take a mosquito repellent with you.

Dissapointing

The location of the Inn is excellent

The bed is tucky and the mattress, way below standards honestly...it has definitely seen better days... I was dissapointed by the bed and the bedding... Very rocky, I could feel the bed frame because of how spent the mattress was... do unfortunate for a hotel that gives a very nice English style vibe. Again, why have 1 bedside lamp? We were two but only had 1 towel... A little attention could have made our stay more comfortable in that sense. Not sure I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome services!!!

The staffs were accommodating from receptionist to main restaurant. No restrictions on breakfast, they allowed my kid to carry some fruits and yogurt which most hotels don't allow.
