The room was a very good size and there was plenty of space to hang all our clothes and to store our luggage. Very clean and good amenities. Great location near to a number of subway stations with good connections. Also very near to seaport, Oculus, ground zero, Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island ferry and the other ferry terminals. Very good base. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was very noisy on the street outside and in the second bedroom due to doors slamming and the elevator. It was ok for me as I had earplugs but without this it could’ve been really annoying. Lots of garbage trucks and deliveries. I must also mention that the code for the door stopped working before 08:30am on the day of check out. My partner went out for coffee and could not get back in, I had not gone out and was able to let him back in but we would’ve been locked out otherwise. We were not due to check out until 11:00am and I thought this was very poor. Self catering and kitchen available but there didn’t appear to be any washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets

Amazing location , great staff, great apartment with everything you need ! Absolutely amazing roof top

Everything was excellent! The staff made the already beautiful and comfortable apartment top notch. Appreciated luggage storage, emaukate apartment and comfy beds. Perfect for 2 couples!

Tabletop was not as clean, the bedside table was a little oily
