The recepcionist was great!!

It could be cleaner

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Soraya Hammam & Jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Taxi ppl cant find hotel some time hard to find

Syed worked hard to make my partner and I comfortable. He made a sincere effort to see us comfortable and asked everyday whether my partner and i had eaten breakfast. Thank you for that!

I'm easily pleased when I travel but the pictures are nowhere near reality. Scalding hot shower, leaking air conditioner, 'deluxe' room was quite small. Jacuzzi shown in the photos isn't the same as on offer- and it isnt 'private'. Room listing said sauna was available but there Is none. Lounge chairs by jacuzzi are broken, my partner slipped and hurt herself on the frame. One of the staff surcharged me double the going rate for a taxi to the hotel from the airport. Said it was because I cancelled initially and to cover the cost of the return. I thought that was fair until I saw it was dropping passengers at the airport anyway. He got quite angry and borderline rude when I arrived, because I didn't have cash. I was an hour early for checkin and intended to see the city and return first. Syed took me to an ATM to calm things down, but it was unnecessarily confrontational. Bad start to the trip. I'd stay again if I wanted a basic place to crash. It isn't as luxurious as made to seem.
