Very clean and hygienic facility. Very cooperative staff. The hotel is connected to a big mall and easily we can go from the hotel to the mall through a separate entry which is very helpful to spend time well.

Room service food menu is very limited and water bottles provided in the room are concerned about safety because it may cut your hand due to very sharp edges.

Best service I have ever experienced. Visited Indonesia for 30 days and this has been my favorite location. Front desk does a great job. Special thanks to Rosul for quickly helping solve minor issues with our room. Highly recommend the breakfast, not just because of the taste but for the experience. Thank you so much to the Chef and Ducan for making our breakfast experience special.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect experience. Not sure if texting via WhatsApp was an option or not but if it is available, it would add to the convenience. It’s my preferred method of communication.

The smell of the hotel perfume, the bed, the room. The hospitality, the staff very helpful. I think this is the best hotel staffs i have ever been to.

* Perfect location (right above the mall Pakuwon Idah). * Bromo sunrise tour accessible. * Fantastic facilities. * Patient, helpful and professional staff (Paulina). Checked us in with the brightest smile and gave us traditional welcome drinks. Upgraded our room because of our special celebration and gave us a call when the room was ready. * Great bed and pillows for good sleep. * Great view from the window! * The gym was decent and the swimming pool was splendid!

The only thing I can maybe make a comment on is the fact that our room has a door connected with the room next to us. (It might be designed that way so that families could stay close together.) So unfortunately we can hear very clearly what was going on in the room next to us... PS. If you take a taxi from the airport make sure you mention the name of the Pakuwon Indah mall though because there are two Sheraton in the city so the taxi driver could be confused (well, ours did).
