Great set up. Perfect setting. Very clean.

Some nail heads were coming up on deck

This Chatham Cape house was perfect for our family. It was close to Main street-- easy access to the main routes and close drive to all the downtown restaurants, ice cream shops, and movie theater. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen/dining room table made it easy for our family to spend time together. Our favorite portion of the house was the sun room where you can relax to read and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The back patio is spacious and we enjoyed some dinners outside. The communication by Vacassa prior to check in was great and the binder left by the owners was helpful, particularly regarding places to eat. Overall, the space was pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Chatham.

The house was clean overall and there were no issues overall. We realize that pets are allowed and previous guests must have had a dog becasue there was some hair was on the couch and floor. Consider having the cleaning service use a vacuum attachment for pets specifically between guests.

Well equiped. Secluded back garden. Enjoyed seeing chipmunks and rabbits.
