Ranch in mattoni con tre camere da letto alla fine di un vicolo cieco boscoso. Proprietà paesaggistica situata a 1 miglio dalla città di Vineyard Haven, a 1/10 di miglio dalle viste sull'acqua del Lagoon Pond e dalla pista ciclabile dell'isola. Situato in posizione centrale a tutte le spiagge dell'isola e servizi. House ha 8 posti letto per dormire, oltre a soppalco al piano superiore, patio sul cortile, completo di grill a gas e mobili. Il soggiorno vanta un grande camino in mattoni con soffitti a volta. Completamente attrezzato mangiare in cucina. La camera da letto principale ha un letto full size con mezzo bagno. Il soggiorno dispone di TV, videoregistratore, stereo / CD e lettore DVD. Seconda TV, con videoregistratore nella seconda camera da letto. Ventilatore a soffitto in cucina / soggiorno e alzare i fan in ogni camera da letto. House si trova a 1/10 miglia da Vineyard Haven - Edgartown Road, molto comodo per tutte le città insulari, e l'Aeroporto Martha's Vineyard, così come le famose spiagge dell'isola e ristoranti. Joe is a great communicator and the place is just as described/pictured. This is a great place to stay long term.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The property could increase its fee with a few cosmetic upgrades. The furniture and appliances are dated. I less able to walk to Vineyard Haven . Oak Bluffs and Edgartown were easy drives. I also enjoyed the bike/walking path at the entrance to the community.

The house is great. Its kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The house is located in the woods but that means you have easy access to hiking trails. It’s a short drive to Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. Edgartown is a 15-minute drive, but the road is a straight shot. It’s a very centralized and convenient location. There are one and a half bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is very efficient. Be aware that during Covid, the house does not supply towels or linens. However, there is al laundromat near the airport that rents linens. It’s called Takemmy Linens and you can order your towels and linens from them online. They will then deliver the linens to the house on the date and time you provide. Please note that Takemmy Linens is not very responsive. They did not return any of my calls or e-mails. But on the day we arrived at the house, our linens were waiting for us in a plastic bag on the front porch. The owner of the house (Joe) is very accessible and he helped us every step of the way. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay here and I would definitely recommend this house.

Great place in a convenient location
We had a great time staying at this house on MV. It is located right on the bike trail in Oak Bluffs but closer to Vineyard Haven. Ten minute bike ride to Vineyard Haven and a 30 minute bike ride to Oak Bluffs. Spacious house, with a loft sitting area that can also be used as another bedroom. Central air conditioning kept the place cool during the July hot weather on the island. It has a well stocked kitchen and a grill that we used to cook most nights. I highly recommend this place for a family or couple.
