We stayed after Christmas, for New Years with our 1.5 year old. It was the perfect location to walk to and from town & a cozy house to relax in after a long day of sight seeing. Highly recommend!

I cannot give enough praise to Regal on the River! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the best time! It was so peaceful and had everything we needed at our fingertips! The accommodations were immaculate! Such a fine place to stay! Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Helen. Our place was decorated for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. The condo had everything you could need. Perfect location for the Christmas lighting. We walked to everything even with a 5 year old. Would definitely stay here again. We now want to explore Helen in the summer months.

My wife and I were so happy with our stay! Accomodations were exactly as describes and just great! Melanie thought of so many details such as water and kitchen supplies that came in great. She responds immediately to any questions you may have as well. I plan on returning..:)

This property is clean, well stocked and very nice. It was decorated for Halloween and there was even a Halloween gift from owner. Beautiful area right next to river. It was exactly as described in listing.

This is a great property. The rooms were very clean and adorably decorated. My husband and I stayed with another couple and attended the Oktoberfest celebration. We were easily able to walk to town to enjoy the festivities. The beds were cozy and the hot tub was a nice touch. The space was not crowded. If I come back to Helen, I'll stay here. :)

Beautiful rental! Great location! This was our 1st visit to Helen, GA. It's a great place to visit! Plenty of good restaurants with great food & cold beer! The condo had all the necessities and was very comfortable.

Everthing was fantastic!!! Kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and stocked. The view of the river from the back patio was absolute serenity... I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family...

Lovely property,welcoming and the experience felt more like staying at home rather than a rental. The welcoming gifts and the set table were a very nice touch. Walking distance to tubing, water park and more. Highky recommend.

The whole stay was great. The only bump was our camper parking. We have a camper just over van length and well not many extra spaces. Over all trip was wonderfull and we would recommend this place. Thank you

Such a great property, lots of thoughtful amenities, very clean, fantastic communication. Bring right on the water was so wonderful and I never heard and neighbors (this was my only concern with not booking a cabin like we usually do) this place must be well built because no noise issues. Also beds were soooo comfy!

We came to see the hot air balloons and float the river we were able to do all that we wanted to do because the place we stayed at was in walking distance to everything which was very nice. The condo was very clean and so cozy.

Our family stayed at this property Spring 2023. I have 2 teenagers and a toddler. It is great to have easy access to the river and local restaurants. About a 10-15minute walk from main st Helen. It rained while we were there and having a cover carport was nice! Only thing I was worried about was my toddler playing around a glass living room table with pointy conners. Townhome was nicely decorated but I had to extra careful with my toddler so she wouldn't accidentally damage fragile decor she had easy access to. We found the tile on the shower floors to be very slippery . Otherwise, very clean, smelled great, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and host was great! She went the extra mile to make sure our check in and out was a smooth & pleasant process. Our family would love to stay here again.

More than I could have asked for. Very clean with everything we needed for a quick getaway. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere as well as sit out on the patio in the evenings. We will definitely be staying here again

The property was easy to find and we loved being right on the river within walking distance to town. The property was very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Overall, a lovely stay for 3 sisters who needed a getaway. Bonus, right across the street that weekend, the first annual Rodeo for Helen was set up. It was on the birthday girl's bucket list. Checked that off. I recommend highly recommend this lovely property for a relaxing stay!

My sister and I came to Helen to celebrate my sisters retirement. If you are looking for elegance. Then this is the place for you. This condo is over the top. Super clean, has EVERYTHING you need. The furnishing in the entire condo are 1st rate. Melanie is a perfect host. She has thought of everything that would make your stay wonderful. My sister was surprised by the retirement gifts and card Melanie left for her. Will certainly be staying here again. Thank you Melanie for providing such a beautiful and elegant condo.

The home was absolutely beautiful! Myself and my 2 sisters were in town celebrating a 60th birthday and this was the perfect place! It was very clean and had everything that we needed plus more. The host even left a gift for my sister to help celebrate her 60th! The location was great allowing us to walk where we wanted to in town. I was also highly impressed with the communication with the host before and during our stay! I would highly recommend staying her and it is at the top of my list when I come back!
