Villa Picon is a private home with the Caribbean ocean at your feet.
La tua casa privata sull'oceano, situata all'interno di una gated community a metà strada tra Cancun e Tulum, un'ampia piscina privata con vasca idromassaggio integrata, grande terrazza all'aperto e giochi d'acqua come kayak, boogie board e pallavolo e una rete sulla spiaggia. Puoi avere tutto con una spiaggia di sabbia bianca a portata di mano.
Lo staff include Ana e Nico, che sanno davvero come coccolare i nostri ospiti, servizio di pulizia giornaliero, cucinare per te se vuoi, fare il bucato, Nico il nostro tuttofare può sistemare la chaise longue sull'oceano o se ti piace allontanarti da il sole per un po ', può aprire i sei ombrelloni a bordo piscina per farti godere la piscina con un po' meno abbronzatura.
La villa con soffitti alti ha tre camere da letto più letti aggiuntivi per bambini e neonati, possiamo proteggere le scale dai bambini, c'è una zona per bambini poco profonda a bordo piscina e forniamo seggioloni, lettini e box per i più piccoli.
La villa è dotata di tutto il necessario, ampio parcheggio, TV via cavo, impianto stereo, cucina completamente attrezzata, solo camere da letto climatizzate, ventilatori a soffitto, Wi-Fi, barbecue, teli mare, asciugacapelli, articoli da toeletta, acqua in bottiglia gratuita, porta la crema solare e goditi le viste meravigliose, i pasti all'aperto, gioca nella sabbia, nuota nell'oceano e se sei fortunato assisti alle tartarughe che nascono proprio davanti ai tuoi occhi.

Luis, Nico and the team at Villa Picon are exceptional and made our stay perfect. Incredible communication and willingness to work around our timing…and on top of that, the property is stunning. We could not have asked for a more beautiful stay. The plants inside the views, the cleanliness…sitting in the hot tub with the full moon reflecting on the ocean as we heard waves crashing…couldn’t have been better. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of the meals on site. We will be back to experience this beautiful place again. Thank you, again, Luis and team!

We stayed at Villa Picon for 9 nights. We were a three generation three family group of 10 people. Villa Picon was perfect for a large family group. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything worked. There is a family that lives in a separate house on the property and the family takes cares of the Villa and its guests, and does a great job. The Villa was totally cleaned every day, a first for me with a VRBO. We had the caretaker's wife shop for and cook us dinner four nights. The meals were delicious and it was a real treat not to have to shop, cook or clean up, and the cost was reasonable for what you got. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was kept hot. The one down side is something that the owners cannot control. Sargassum grass has become a very large and real problem in the Carribean area and we were not spared. Just be aware that any time after about March 1 you can encounter an outbreak of sargassum. But you always have the pool and the great activities in the area like Xcaret. I totally recommend Villa Picon for an extended family vacation.

Breathtaking property and great hosts. Absolutely amazing sleeping with doors open to the sound of the ocean. Nico, Pedro, Alba all amazing and super friendly. Great experience! Hoping to return again! Pictures don’t do it justice.

I meticulously planned this trip to Playa del Carmen to celebrate my grandfather's birthday, booking our accommodations nearly a year in advance to ensure that every detail was perfect. I had high hopes for this special occasion, envisioning a wonderful getaway for my family.
Unfortunately, upon our arrival, I was disheartened to discover that the property management had no record of our reservation for that date. As a result, the house was not clean or prepared for our stay, which was incredibly disappointing. The staff at the property were generally helpful and friendly, and even their dog added a warm touch to the atmosphere.
To make amends for the oversight, we were issued a refund for one night's stay. However, we faced the uncomfortable situation of having to spend our first night in a house that was not up to our expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was particularly embarrassing for me to present such inadequate accommodations to my family, especially considering the effort I had put into planning this memorable celebration.
