Il nostro appartamento nel centro della città è molto silenzioso, sicuro, confortevole e accogliente; Ideale per riposare, lavorare, camminare o fare scartoffie. Situato sul pedonale Suipacha metri da Av. Cordova, vicino al Colon Theatre, alla Pacific Gallery, alla Florida pedonale, Av. 9 de Julio e con accesso a tutti i mezzi di trasporto (metropolitana, Metrobús).
Attrezzato per due adulti e due bambini; o 4 amici che possono condividere un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale (1,40 x 1,90 m).
Dispone di 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto, tavolo e sedie, cucina con lavatrice, bagno con vasca. Ed è dotato di TV con cavo DIRECTV e Wi-Fi ad alta velocità di 200 megabyte per fibra ottica IPLAN.

Excellent location, walking distance to tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. The building is a bit dated, but in good repair. For its size and location, I found noise from other units and from the street to be only occasional, and not overly intrusive.
As for the apartment, it was as described, but a little more worn than shown in the photos. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator, plus a kitchen area for cooking. However, the assortment of cooking pots and utensils was limited, and there were no plastic or glass containers for food storage, which eliminated the ability to store leftovers, or food ingredients requiring storage or refrigeration after opening.
Other than these small items, I would recommend staying here, and would consider doing so again myself in future.

The building and apartment were somewhat dated but totally acceptable. The location was top notch within walking distance of all the important attractions in downtown Buenos Aires. Our host did not speak English but he was available via VRBO messenger and responded promptly. I used Google Translate to bridge the language barrier and we were able to easily communicate. We only had 1 minor problem during our stay and he fixed it promptly.

This VRBO is located in a great spot! Just hop downstairs and everything is around you. I would say that, that’s the highlight of this VRBO. It’s definitely dated and after taking a shower to hit the city, the hot and humid hallway and elevator will have you dripping in sweat before you ever leave the property. The bathroom is also very small. I’m 5’4” and the shower was a struggle. It’s tiny! This is the biggest downfall for me but if you are ok with a small dated apartment, tiny bathroom, and very hot and humid hallways / elevators then don’t think twice. Between the price and the location, if you can sacrifice a little it’s definitely a win. Heading to Uruguay via ferry? This place is perfect as it’s a 15 mintute walk to the Buquebus Ferry. Of note, the area around is also very safe to walk at night with plenty of police presence around. Hope this review helps someone!
