Rilassati e divertiti guardando le barche che passano! Goditi sistemazioni uniche su uno yacht Hatteras da 43 piedi comodamente attrezzato. Situato in una gated community, nella sezione Eastport di Annapolis, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dall'Accademia Navale.
2 cabine private, 2 bagni completi, 4 posti letto. La cabina di prua ha letti a castello. La cabina di poppa ha un letto matrimoniale. Il divano nel salone principale poteva anche essere dormito. Cucina completamente attrezzata (cucina) con piano cottura a 2 fuochi, forno a microonde / forno, frigorifero, macchina del ghiaccio, tostapane e macchina per acqua calda per tè / caffè. La club house Marina offre un salone con tv e docce / bagni aggiuntivi, nonché l'accesso alla piscina.
Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti.
5 minuti a piedi da molti dei migliori ristoranti e pub di Annapolis. 15 minuti di auto dal Navy Stadium, 15 minuti di auto dalla Rt 50.

It was just like the pictures - probably even a little nicer. Great view from the back looking over the harbor - fun to watch the boats coming in and out. Watched 4th of July fireworks from the top of the boat - perfect unobstructed view. Super friendly marina - treated us like we lived there!

The kitchen is not really equipped for serious cooking, but it handles warming up leftovers very well. It’s a boat, so everything is a little cramped, but it’s a nicely-maintained boat in a beautiful setting in a nice marina. Parking is easy, the bathroom facilities at the marina office are clean and convenient, and there are a washer and dryer available (bring some laundry detergent). It’s a great base for visiting Annapolis.

We stayed here for two nights with four adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed and more. It was very clean and offered a surprisingly spacious and comfortable living area overall.The master bedroom was generous and very comfortable. The second bedroom with the bunk beds was quite compact for two adults, though having a full bathroom for each bedroom was a wonderful feature and made the stay much more convenient.The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor seating area with its stunning direct waterfront view. Sitting outside with our morning coffee or an evening nightcap while watching the boats come and go was absolutely glorious and incredibly relaxing.The marina itself was very well maintained and offered modern, private bathrooms, which was an added bonus. We also appreciated the coffee kiosk nearby. Restaurants and a mini market were all within easy walking distance, making everything very convenient.We would come back in a heartbeat and would happily stay here again.

Our stay could have been better, but that was no fault of the hosts. The A/C did not work, so staying inside during the day was hot and uncomfortable. Our host quickly took action to bring in people to remedy the situation but there was equipment that needed to be ordered and would be completed after the end of our stay.The marina is wonderful and walking distance to wonderful shops, restaurants, and USNA. It also has a community area with bbq grills and great bathrooms with showers (that had A/C!!). Overall, a great place to stay with a responsive host and a great location.
