Pam was an exceptional host. Clear instructions, and easy check-in/check-out. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Arvada is a great central location for so many day trips. Highly recommend it!

We had a great time with a family reunion included while having a memorial service for our Dad at Ft Logan. The back patio was an absolute hit.The bedroom configuration was great for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very attentive. Allowed us an earlier check in and was available to answer questions quickly. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in a home away from home.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! I had a small family gathering after my college graduation ceremony, and it was so spacious both inside and outside. The space is extremely clean, well maintained, and lots of fun! Thank you again!
