Enjoyed Bradenton. Wendy was easy to work with. It took over 2 months to know we were approved by property managers and we did not get approval notification from them, only word of mouth from Wendy.

Be sure to read the 3 month minimum stay requirement, the 55+ age requirement, and the extra charge for internet.
Somewhat difficult to book due to local property management application and timeliness of processing it.
Wendy was great to work with.
Space could use some updating.
