Large room, very clean facilities. Housekeeping was superb. Polite front desk staff. Will certainly stay here in future visits
Would have been awesome if there was a restaurant.
However, there are good restaurants around this location, even in same building.

Really nice and comfortable place. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.
The location is pretty far from central RAK, but it is right next to the university it serves, so that works.

Location was good & the price was good. I liked that there was a small kitchen.
Bed was extremely hard, and uncomfortable.

The Filipino lady asked for my nationality when we requested for a higher floor, and said not available. If it's not available, it's not available. But what does nationality have to do with that??? Is she favoring nationalities she likes?? That's racism.
