Só uma sugestão para trocar a mesa da varanda que está enferrujada, colocar mais uma taça, pano de prato.

Apartamento cómodo, super bien ubicado, fácil acceso, muy buena comunicación con su dueño.. Tiene dos baños lo que es una gran ventaja. Cerca de todo, de la playa, de los servicios, de la parte más movida de Pipa.

Todo estuvo bien. Quizá algunas cosas podrian estar un poco más renovadas, pero nada que no fuera subsanable. Sin duda volvería.

The apartment was very dirty. Despite the fact that the apartment was very old, it is still possible to find it clean. But everything seemed to be dirty, sticky and dusty. What a petty, cause location is very good of this place. We were missing a lot of things in the kitchen and the kitchen equipment seemed to be used, many things broken or not working. This apartment needs a good fresh up with new things and paint. Anything you touch was falling out or broken (door handles, shower, drawers in the bedroom...etc.). We tend to take very good care when we travel, but this place was giving us a big headache. Would recommend only if the owners decided to invest and renovate it. Otherwise look for alternative place.
