James and the staff are absolutely wonderful! They make you feel right at home and see to your every need, making sure you get proper service at every turn which makes the stay awesome... The chef was on leave but the food was still great except the first night where it was just more like a cafeteria lunch, other than that, really good
The showers were not good as the hot water is quite an issue as well as the shower floors, also the water pressure in our toilet was so so low which is extremely unpleasant!

The rooms were clean and the pool
The food was bad.
