I’m afraid to say how much we loved this property for fear it will be hard to book it again. Perfect location to Heisler Park and everything “Laguna Beach”.Cynthia the property manager is so kind and is so responsive if I had any questions. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our beach outings. We loved our stay. We were here for a month.

The cottage is the perfect place to enjoy Laguna Beach with all its beauty. Location couldn't be any better - Cliff Walk is three minutes away. Loved every minute spent there. Cynthia and Fay go out of their way to accommodate their guests. This is a gem.

Pros: Great price for being in such an expensive area of CA. Great office space, kitchen appliances and accessories, Fay the property overseer was kind and a big plus to our stay, a parking spot is premium for this location and area.
Cons: Shower head (if possible) needs a head that will tilt down more for the water to hit towards the center of the shower.

Property is only a block from beach walk and Heisler Park, the best part of Laguna. Kitchen well-stocked with plenty of Cuisinart pans. Floor plan a bit awkward, as bathroom is connected to guest room and not the master bedroom. Only real complaint: No comfortable place to sit outdoors in the sun, only a paved driveway.
