The private cove beach. Good community gated security. Well stocked market nearby and not too far from Cabo San Lucas marina and restaurants. Cottage had most of the comforts of home.

Many flights of stairs to the apartment, which was on the second floor, but the view from the balcony was worth the effort.

Friendly community Home requires some maintenance Beds very comfortable. Toilet and drains need clearing. Taps need attention and screen door off tracks. Not big issues but for money everything should be functional

Front room air conditioner did not cool very well

Security was great, the property is abit of a drive (we had a private driver) to anyway. The beach is great but you have to "hike" along a fence then down a winding staircase to get to it, the sea is rough so you cant get in the ocean. The "private" beach is great unless there are "partiers" down there with you, then you are "sunk". There is a great restaurant that is abit of "hike" also down to the ocean , called Estrella. The property is great for privacy not like the "resort" pools. The walk ways in the property are very beautiful and the staff seems very nice.

the check in process with the management takes too much time, they ask you to sign a contract, send documents from all guests, and require a lot of emailing time prior arrival.
