La camera era pulita ed aveva tutto quello che serviva.
Prima del checkout mi è stato cambiata la password della stanza o non funzionava più quella del giorno prima, facendomi perdere un po' di tempo.

I stayed here for five nights during the winter festival and it’s such a great and handy location! The rooms are nice and clean, the food from the restaurant is comforting and delicious and all the staff are kind, cheerful and accommodating.

Despite the lack of a formal front desk area the staff were very helpful and the room spacious and clean. There is a small‘kitchen’ area on the floor with a sink, dishes and microwave and an electric kettle and frig in the room! Awesome. Excellent location for the snow fest and we always found an empty spot in the allocated parking area.
