Con il nostro chalet indipendente la privacy è garantita. Sei a due passi dall'impianto di risalita del mondo dello sci. a distanza. In auto, sarai sull'ascensore in meno di un minuto. Grazie all'orientamento a sud, puoi goderti il sole dall'alba al tramonto con una fantastica vista su Hohe Salve e Hopfgarten.

Lo chalet ha un seminterrato per gli sci, 3 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, 1 bagno, un accogliente soggiorno con camino e soffitti alti e una cucina moderna.

Hopfgarten ai piedi dell'Hohe Salve è noto per le piste più soleggiate dell'intero SkiWelt. Piste ampie e ben tenute sono adatte a famiglie e principianti, ma anche a sciatori esperti e appassionati di sci. Una moderna gondola da 8 posti porta gli appassionati di sport invernali direttamente sulla vetta dell'Hohe Salve (1. 829 m) e nel mezzo del paradiso dello sci unico dello SkiWelt.

La montagna più bella dell'Unterland tirolese offre una vista panoramica impressionante sulle cime delle Alpi di Kitzbühel e Zillertal, sugli Alti Tauri e sul Wilder Kaiser. Non meno di 70 tremila possono essere scoperti nell'esclusiva vista panoramica a 360 gradi. Unici sono anche la Drehterrasse del Gipfelalm e la chiesa di pellegrinaggio più alta dell'Austria sulla cima dello Hohe Salve.

Il nostro chalet è a due passi dall'ascensore. In auto, sarai sull'ascensore in meno di un minuto.

We loved our stay at Schonbacher Hof, the house is well equipped to make meals, comfy beds and has plenty of seating space to relax after a day of skiing. The gondola and fire pit outside are such a lovely way to spend the evening as well. They have thought of everything.The host, Koen, is very responsive and helpful if you ask for advice. The ski slopes were easily accessed using a free taxi that operates in the area.The chalet cat Bagheera is very lovely. Often wants to come inside and hang out with the guests.

We travelled as a family of 3 (me, my wife and our 18 month old) to the Schönbacher late August for our summer holiday. On the day that we travelled from Munich of Hopfgarten, we did so via lake Konigsee (worth a visit if you're in the area). This took longer than expected so we gave the hosts a few hours notice that we would arrive later than expected and they very accommodating of this. Upon arrival we were given a tour of the chalet by the hosts. It was clear immediately that they have spent a huge amount of time improving and refurbishing the property to a very high standard. The ground floor is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen (we cooked every night), large dining area, cosy TV area and central wood burning fire place. The ground floor also has a large panoramic window overlooking the Hohe Salve mountain. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom. Outside there are extensive decked seating areas, sun loungers, a dining table, BBQ and sauna/hot tub for winter use. The chalet is located a very short drive from Hopfgarten in a secluded spot next to a small reservoir. There is a road that runs around the chalet and up into the hills but it's not really visible from the chalet and is generally a quiet road. We found plenty to do in the area, taking the Hohe Salve and Kitzbuhel gondolas up for a walk, exploring the local area, travelling to Speicher Zillergrundl (near Mayerhofen), Aurach wildlife park and on 2 wet days Innsbruck and Kufstein.

This property was everything that I could have pictured and more. Very secluded, unbelievable views, with rustic and modern feel. Didn’t want to leave😢 can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

Very well suited for two adults and three teenagers. The house is spacious and full of exiting details and the owner - Koen - is very friendly and serviceminded. Would love to come back in the summertime!
