Self check in process is so inspiring..
Location so close to Metro & Buses..
Kitchen & bathroom met my expectations..
Damage deposit requirement I didn't see before purchase.
Refunding of the deposit should be faster. (within 1 day atleast).
Accurate staying location hasn't informed before I went there.

The room was booked for my Son at the last minute. Communication from management was excellent and he received a complimentary upgrade.

The address on the website is not the address I was given when I went to the site after joining bus for almost one and half hour. And it was raining too. They called me I have to pay breakeges deposit Online. Which is not was stated online. They created online Whatsapp group and when u call no one answers.... I have never been disappointed this way before.On top I missed my appointment the following day because I couldn't affordable close place to stay.

The facility does not have breakfast included, but a block or 2 there is a convenience store where one can buy and cook in the kitchen provided

Really nice place to stay very clean and quite beds very comfy and also had cooking facilities wich was a added bonus.

Everything got to the property to find the key lock code to be incorrect to gain access to the property.
contacted them at 9pm and they said was sorry we cant help you. couldnt send someone out to open the door or assit in any way.

I Did not stay there
They did not phone me back eventhough i ‘ve phoned them 3 times.and its late at night nearly 11 pm waiting for there callback and left me strssed and afraid that night cos i was in the park in front of the said apartment that i’ve booked.
