I stayed here for 3 nights during my visit to the US Open, and the location was absolutely fantastic. It is incredibly convenient for transportation, being very close to New York and multiple bus stations.

The cleanliness definitely needed some improvement. Additionally, the bathroom on the first floor was extremely small compared to the one on the second floor, and responses to messages were slow.

I had a room advertised as a spacious 17-square-meter room. But that wasn't the case at all, max 10. The room was very small, and there was no wardrobe or shelving to unpack my clothes. There was a microwave in the photo, but in reality, there wasn't one. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The window-integrated ventilation system has large gaps; consequently, when it is cold, a strong draft of cold air comes through. The location is pretty good; it's near a bus stop. The property markets itself as a hotel, but that is far from the case; it is just an ordinary hostel with private rooms.

Very small. Gaps in the windows. It was very cold, and there was no extra blanket. No wardrobe or shelving.
