Lodge is badly understaffed. Very poor service (except for Steve - cook) A long list of failures spoilt the experience from the moment we arrived.

The food was truly terrible. The wifi didn't get to our room, we didn't have hot water we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing. They claim to be 5 star luxury and that couldn't be further from the truth.

Lovely and peaceful, beautiful views. Ideal for anyone wanting to just get "away from it all" Friendly & helpful staff, I highly recommend Humdani Safaris😊

It was nothing like the website. No meals/ restuarant.No game vehicle. Self catering which was not disclosed on the website. No pool. Under renovation. No signage of how to get to or from the accommodation. If you going to promote a site make sure it has what is offered. Just very disappointed, looked so beautiful. Eventually did not bother to book in. Thank you.

Staff were polite but obviously the misinformation came from management

Facilities were exaggerated, Advertising didn't match the location/facilities at all: -There was no food or menus available (we were told to think of something to eat and the staff would go to JHB to collect) the dining hall and bar advertised on the website imply that there is food readily available -No game drive vehicle available as it was being repaired (we were told we could stand on the back of an open bakkie as our game drive - we've attached a photo of the bakkie) *it was advertised that they "had a selection of well equipped and well maintained game viewing vehicles" on the website -Facilities were still under construction. -There was no bar or restaurant *This was advertised as a dining hall and cocktail bar but the staff said these facilities were not available -No directions or front gate identification, a call to the owners are required and staff have to come meet you -Once on property there is no signage on which dirt roads to take to get to rooms -A 4x4 IS required to get to the accommodation (which isn't mentioned on their site) -No parking available (we parked in the bush) - Despite us having booked prior to our arrival, none of the rooms were ready for guests (no toilet paper or soap)
