Maybe it's not in the center of Sibiu, but for the price-product ratio, it would be hard to find a better option than this place. The cleanliness was perfect, you have a small fridge, TV, a nice bathroom, the bed was good and they also put bottles of water and a snack. 110% recommended!

The space was very generous for the price we paid - large room, large hallway only for us and a decently sized bathroom. The hosts accomodated us with a room at the back of the house, where it's more quiet. Also, they offer complimentary water and snacks upon arrival, which we found very welcoming. And there is free tea, coffee and sugar if needed. The place is really warm.
There is a good coffee maker, but an electric kettle would have helped a lot. I think the add stated there was a microwave too, but there is no space for such.

Host’s hospitality, clean and comfortable accommodation, new room staff. Also host helped me a lot printing for me some documents.

Friendly staff, Netflix!, place to sit outside below the grapes (but with traffic noise). It was bigger than expected and the 'living room' with fridge, microwave, ... is actually not shared (was not so clear when booking).
It misses maybe a sink/material to do dishes but when we checked-out they mentioned it was not a problem we left 2 used plates.
There is only 1 parking space inside for the 2 rooms, but staff explained we could also park next door if we wanted. The parking on the street was however also OK.
Small snacks available.
Busy road. Bathroom light works when you move (you cannot turn on and off yourself) + the bathroom door has a window which is not very convenient: in the shower the light can turn off all of the sudden + if you go into the bathroom during the night the light can wake-up your partner.

Cheap and exceptional conditions for the price. Tv, fridge, couch, big bed, sparking clean bathroom, very friendly staff. Would really keep it on the list for any potential visit in Sibiu.
If you don’t have a deep sleep- the ortodox music channel sounding from one of the neighbors keeps you company at night and helps or prevents you to sleep.
