Cozy Waterfront Beach House with Private Beach/Pier/Tennis Courts
Arredato con gusto e splendidamente attrezzato 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni cottage sul lungomare. Laghetto di acqua dolce nel cortile sul retro, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Perdido Bay con molo di 80 piedi! Un sacco di spazio esterno per godersi il panorama. Guarda i Blue Angels, goditi una bevanda sul molo, metti i piedi nella sabbia, pesca il laghetto o la baia, favolosi ristoranti e divertimenti nelle vicinanze! Master batch recentemente rinnovato, pavimenti in legno e laminato in tutta la casa. Minuti a Pensacola NAS, intrattenimento locale, ristoranti e le bellissime sabbie bianche di Perdido Key. Rilassati e goditi un caffè mattutino sulla veranda per iniziare la giornata e un bicchiere di vino la sera sulla veranda posteriore per tramonti incredibili. Gli ospiti adorano tutte le caratteristiche che questa casa ha da offrire. E non sei in un condominio, il che significa che hai l'intero lotto di 1/3 acri per divertirti.

Property was nice that had beds for all out of family of 6! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful to walk at night. Was surprised by the lack of supplies such a trash bags, soap, ect. Owner did state only one roll of Toliet paper but it was inconvenient since we weee studying for a week to have to go get so many things. However.. the kitchen was well stocked with many dishes for cooking.Just now you’ll need to shop right away when getting there

The house was absolutely amazing. Great location, awesome views surrounding the house. Convenient to shopping areas. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The pier was closed due to construction, but we loved the back porch and small waterway instead.

Very nice house and great location for doing things around the area. It was very disappointing to find out a couple days prior to our stay the community dock was closed, even more disappointing when I read the sign on the dock and it stated it had been closed for two months and they are currently raising money to repair the dock. Expect to get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no extra garbage bags and one dishwasher pod, the owner told me they don't stock it for the full stay.They were great at communicating allowed us to check in early when it was ready.Overall its a nice place, shows the normal wear like most other VRBO's we have stayed.Beds were nice and outdoor furniture was nice to sit in. I can say we didn't use the couch too nice to be inside.
